Identified

Snapdocs' third-party vendor is experiencing degraded performance generating KBA questions, causing some recipients to not receive them — which can delay or block entry into notary meetings. The Snapdocs platform itself is fully functional. As a workaround, hybrid and wet closings can be submitted to avoid delays. Questions: support@snapdocs.com
