Hello,
Please be advised that Snapdocs services will be unavailable between Friday, November 8th at 9pm PST and Saturday, November 9th at 8am PST as we perform a planned maintenance exercise. Access to the site and its services will not be available during these times.

We ask that all notaries take this into account as they plan activities that might be impacted by this timeline. There will be no access to upload or download any documents during our maintenance window. Should an appointment during this period be necessary, we recommend that notaries download all required documents prior to the maintenance window. We also recommend that an alternate communication channel outside of the platform be established should additional information or assistance be required.
